where can i get an OE xenon bulb for BMW?
called dealers....$237.15 each!
$105 in the states....wondering if there is a middle ground somewhere....
on friday, the the D/S headlight wouldn't work at all and i got a message in the display....since then, it has been coming on, but the bulb has turned pinkish/brownish....so i'm gonna replace it.
i assume it's *JUST* the bulb, since there is power going to the bulb.

What you said is a little confusing.
So the light is still coming on but it's a different colour? Unless you check you won't know if it's getting proper voltage and current from the balast.
Although the bulb is the cheapest route but if the balast is shot you could ruin a new bulb.
