I believe Zellers is still around. I bought my 303 at Yonge/Steeles location (Centre Point Mall) about a month ago. I guess the store is still there. The automotive department is located on the 2nd floor.
If I remember correctly, it is UV protected. Something like SPF40.
The following is from 303 website:
"...303 Aerospace Protectant really is like "SPF 40 Sunscreen ... For Your Stuff." Regular use of 303 Aerospace Protectant can reduce UV caused slow-fade by up to 100%! No other "protectant" beautifies as intensely, protects as powerfully or lasts as long..."
Hope this help!

I don't think it's great.
I used it did not clean nor "bead" my soft top as well as Porsche's Cabriolet Soft Top Cleaner and Conditioner.
Pfaff Motors, Service dept. in Woodbridge is where I go or you can PM Homer2
Just my $.02
