Default What octane of gas do you use?

I know our car's call for at least 91 octane but I was wondering if anyone goes higher like Sunoco 94 Octane.

I don't know about the S but usually the extra octane is wasted in stock engines with stock compression. A few of our members reported reduced performance, hesitation, engine roughness with the 94 octane. Theory is that it's not burning as easily with the stock compression. All of these symptoms went away after they switched back to regular premium. I personally use Esso 92 right now and it's giving me the best fuel economy from the four major companies. The premium Esso gasoline has a much smaller sulphur content than their regular gas which is one of the worst. Here is some good info from very recent sulphur content refinery tests.

Sunoco 94 in all the cars. The older ones won't run on anything else and the newer ones seem to perform better. I have been using it exclusevely for several years and am quite happy with the results. The "S" (Honda not Cooper) we will see but I don't forsee any problems.

92 oct and 94 depending on where I fill up.. no real significant gain from ultra 94.

Imo unless you have very high compression requiring higher octane, using 94 is a waste of money..

92 all the time. 94 (or higher) ratings are unavailable in Alberta to the general public.
