No one hates theives more than I!! They really need to have stricter penalties for theft, these people just don't care cuz they know they're gonna get off with a slap on the wrist!

thanks guys..

I parked in my own condo's parking lot..the ONE TIME I decide to use visitors cuz it's closer to the elevator than my own spot...I hate this feeling..I feel like I drive a shitbox now.
