Are we still doing the cottage thing. We won't be able to fit 10 people in one cottage. I think 6 at max. As for registering, I will be doing so any minute now. So I guess what we can do is split the group into 2 and get two cottages. Perhaps get one more sign up to make 12.

We are going to have to decide on the accommodation very soon, because they are limited to the number of cottages they have, not too mention even rooms.

There's smaller cottages if we have to put 6 in one and 4 in the other. Whatever works.

hey radtech, can you please see how many cabins they have left and stuff when you call?
I know getting 2 more people won't be an issue at all.

They have 5 Magnolia Cottages. Which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. $211.65 US/night. Which is excellent. Works out to $70.55/person for both nights. 6 per cottage.

We'll possibly need 4 more people. Type_D/passenger can't confirm as of yet. So I guess there spot is open. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't want to be putting anyone out.

Well I'll book one, but somebody else will have to book the second one. Maybe we should all register for the event first, that way we know somewhat that nobody is getting shafted for the cottage, by someone backing out at the last minute. Believe me it happens all the time. Which is unfortunate.
