I've got one of those deformed MY02 fuel filler necks that has a US TSB, but not a Canadian one. It's stupid. Problem is that when the cap feels tight and clicks, it's not actually tight. You have to get it past a very tight section and twist it by the outside edges of the cap to get it to go any further. I'll try a different cap soon and see if it helps at all, but I doubt it.
