Esp since I'm in Waterloo and it'd be relatively easy for me to pick that up haha.
Where you going to get the work done? There's a place here in Kitchener I got my head cleaned. Heimpel automotive. They do a lot of rebuilds. The blocks not at my house but could get it here if needed.

PMed you earlier.

BTW. I pulled my head off myself and reinstalled. I was charged ~$120 for the cleaning and inspection (all valves removed, cleaned, and put back together.

Pulling the head is quite easy as long as you have the manual of how to do it and a 12 pt socket for the bolts. If you need to borrow the socket just let me know.

Not me personally but I know he has done some pretty stupid things in the past causing fellow s2k owners havoc. Won't mention any names just letting people know.

Update: I might've found a complete motor, hopefully it'll work out this time.

Thanks for offering the socket. A lot of my issue out here is that all my tools are back in Vancouver haha (and more importantly, my parents' garage space).

I had no idea (but found out recently) that something as simple as changing out brake pads and rotors could be hundreds of dollars bringing it to a shop. All that's ever cost me in the past is a Saturday afternoon. Can't imagine how much this motor swap is going to be lol.
