Motoss, do what is mentioned above and see if you can supply them with the oil, then they should only charge you for the labour and a proper Honda filter and any related charges.
Good idea ...so thats is what I ended up doing.. thanks

Own oil change FTW! My Amsoil change in my garage only costs me about $75 with OEM filter.

Exactly what he said above. Changing your oil is easy and gives you satisfaction that you're the one working on your car.

Because you live in a condo, couldn't you use your own parking spot to change your oil?

I don't think there is any condo where you can change your own oil. I'm in the same situation - the condo board is like a nazi regime lol.

good or bad...looking at getting mine done at Centre H as it is close to home?
That's where I get mine done when I'm in a pinch (usually go up to my parents house and change it myself there). I always bring my own oil, they charge me for the labor and filter. Pretty good group of guys to deal with, mind you I'm always bringing them free pizza

i also live in a condo -- but think no one would notice if i changed my oil here -- either way i dont find it feasible to change my own oil -- so i take it to Lakeshore Honda just down the street from me

do you guys realize how easy it is to do an oil change on an s2000... if your car isnt lowered you can do it without even jacking up the car... you simply slide the pan underneath... undo the drain bolt... come back some time later and fill up with oil... the easiest oil changes ive ever done

It honestly is the easiest and fastest oil change ever. That really sucks if someone has to get someone else to do it for you
