First of all it was $4000 not $4500. And you didn't get scammed. If I actually gave a damn about this forum I'd post the emails and not just made up quotes. You called me telling me to ship the next day and talk to me for 2 hours with questions and how to install everything. An hour later you call me back telling me to refund your money and try and deny the previous conversation we had. I don't know why you got your panties in a knot and tried to make it like I was trying to take money from you and not send you anything. A fellow member picked the kit up. He can vouch that everything was packed really well and in the back of my car ready to be dropped off at ups. I told you from the start that I voided the tracking numbers because you kept going back and forth and than you make it like I was trying to trick you and paypal with voided tracking numbers. That's just stupid. I told you when we talked for 2 hours that I would send you new tracking numbers the next days, but than again you called me back an hour later acting like a bipolar retard.
You didn't win your money back, I could have sent you the kit and have been done with you, but you were acting like such a flake going back and forth I was glad to sell the kit to someone local. I was the one who submitted a refund, not paypal. So why don't you try and stop talking shit when you know I did nothing wrong. All I did was answer your questions and listen to you go back and forth changing your mind and than dyeing conversations.

And a PM from someone who knows seth personally.
Hi,
I just read your post and I'm sorry about your money.
If you want your money back open up a dispute with your credit card company or the bank. Paypal will not do anything to get your money back, there customer service is horrible.
I had a similar issue couple of years ago and paypal refused to refund my money. I had to open a dispute with Discover and I got my money back the next day.
Let me know if you need anything else. I know Seth personally, never had a issue with him. Recently he has gone broke so he is scamming everyone.

I opt to keep this open, too many people want everything for nothing.

Somehow you think I'm in the wrong ? your outta your mind, he had a price posted, i made him an offer and he accepted with no intention of shipping the parts to me. I knew it was a good deal, that is why i jumped on it without doing much research on the seller. anyways im done with this thread. i got my money back that is all i care about.
BUT when something is too good to be true, it is. Your fault for not doing the research as you admit.
