LOL no it's not. There are several people with the same thing if not bigger who love it. Have a turbo of this size and hitting full boost at 5500 rpms is definitely not too big.

If it's actually coming to you why would you refuse the shipment? It's a good deal on that package... Just part it out. Paypal is going to give you a tough time getting a refund.

he didnt ship everything he was suppose to, and after dealing with this guy i know the parts are gonna have problems, paypal said if i refuse the package they will refund me the money.
