I don't think I'll be doing any track days this year 
I finally bought a house so most of my spare cash is going to go into that for a while.
Besides, I still have the suby and unless I can swing a BBK, I'm not going anywhere near a track.
Maybe a few autoxs but that's about it.

Ya, I'm pretty happy about it. It's actually a townhouse condo at Yonge and Finch. Great complex, lots of room, 2 bdrm, 2 bathroom, 2 parking spots. Good investment opportunity.
