I think it was an over-reaction from one of the racing and competition guys.

Apparently none of them use them.

If they're cheaper than the RA's I'll give them a try.

Jay's right, they're not going to last much past this season.

Besides Nimesh, they're still going to be much better than street tires, and less expensive than replacing the RE 050's.

Oh, and they're not saying very good things about the Dunlops over in the racing and comp forum either

you gonna run them all the time??

besides, it'll be june next week.....4 months puts you into sept.

if they're only for track/auto-x, they'll last well beyond that....

full depth, 100 treadwear tires should yield 10,000km (mixed driving)

i'll have to take your word for it steeley.....especially since a quick search in the R&C forum revelead NOT ONE thread in the past 365 days, that referenced the jap-spec Dunlops.

not sure what point you were trying to make by saying what you did......

A set of R-S's

YUP...

My current death on the S-02's will be 4months at 140 treadwear... I couldn't imagine on a 50

I don't think I myself am ready for R-s just yet....

Next season possibly.
