Someone rear ended me!!!
There was a certain member of our group that is known for his crazy driving..
Well as all of us were making a left on to Hwy 7, This guy decides to plow into the back of me!!!!
Upon inspection, the damage seems to be pretty bad, missing paint, all the screws ripped out, and seriously out of alignment.
I didn't notice till I got home, but my neck is a little stiff..I hope I didn't do any damage..
We didn't trade insuarance or anything, but considering the damage, and the potential injury that could affect my earning potential, I'm thinking about suing him.
I know that he's "got the life" and well frankly everyone wants to be him..that being said, I think I would be justified of suing for half of eveything he owns...
I will post some pics soon, but what do you guys think? should I make this guy pay??

I'm always a bit suspicious when I read a post up here in TO, and I ask myself, is this really true or is there a game a foot.....
Mike, if this is true I must say I'm really sorry to hear you have been hit! From the way I read your message you know who hit you and he is part of "the group". If this is true I suspect he will rise to the occasion and do the right thing. As far as suing him, let's all hope it does not have to come to that.
Good luck on getting a nice clean repair that you are happy with.

Ahhhh I didn't interject enough humouor in my first post..
Thanks for the PM guys..but its all cool.. total fluke..had nothing to do with driving stupid, and I'd trust the guy to drive behind me anytime..
I did get hit, sadly his front end got smacked up good enough as well..
I'm not gonna sue him, and I have no injury..I always have a bad neck.
I was hoping that those who knew the deal would have posted sooner.
Ahh well, it was bound to happen.
