I would say it'd be worth a bit more than 20-22. I think this car without mods would be around this price.
Does it have any accidents?
Mind you that's what I think a dealer would sell it for and usually private sales are much lower...
So in reality I have not clue.
If you want to keep the turbo then why don't you just part everything else out?

I do not want to keep the turbo kit. It will sell with the car and go to the new owner. I am not interested in parting it out all.

Make everything else stock but the Turbo (sell it as a part of the car) but part out the suspension and rims.
Just a thought!
