I didn't see anything yet so I figured I'd start something.

Basically we kicked ass yet again, but a lot better this time.

Highlights:

1: James walking all over a Viper GTS, yes the guy driving the GTS was a sad sucking goon but hey its still a Viper. The dude was braking on straights....wtf? He'd come out of turn 1 like a champ, but then itall went downhill from thre. BTW, the Mugen Exhaust sounds like an F1 car at WOT, its unreal.

2: Mike and James going to yell at the dude in the MCoupe who seemed to think this was a race for money and points instead of a driving school. I mean we passed everyone, but this guy was out to kill you if he didn't get a pass sign or a blue flag. Sadly this yelling didn't do any good but Mike did gain on him on the last go round.

3: Marco and I were in the same group and we owned the track. I kept getting slowed down by some chick in a Subaru Forester...I went around Nelson twice behind her in her line of vision, she got 2 blue flags and still didn't give me the pass. I'd get slowed down

Pre-track we had a goof in Richmond Hill in a 240 drive off with the damn gas noozle stuck to his car, it was friggen priceless to see James running after this dude yelling HEY HEY and him stop, and go in and pay the gas dude for breaking his crap.

Watching Mike drink a frothy Pink bubble tea was fun too! hehe

Oh yeah and our Police escort was a riot too...I'll let others explain.

Sorry Brian, I didn't get any shots of you as we were in the same group.

Where are the pictures?

Some personal highlights:

1. Hanging out with Marco, Vince and Mike.....oh the love! In a non-gay way of course.

2. Seeing Marco's shiny rims (he baby-oils them with Q-tips)

3. Trying to match Mike's 190 km/h on the back straight (bastard)

4. Seeing Vince down the mighty chalice of green apple lychee jelly drink

5. Pimp'n at the highway stop on the way home giggling like little children reviewing our great day

6. Doing 15 laps of the full track full out and buzzing Marco and Vince at WOT who were standing by the front straight.

All in all, truly the best day. We're all going to pre-register for the next school...Advanced here we come!!!

Good stuff guys! Some nice pics there. I can't beleive some of you guys went to the track without a hardtop or roll bar, damn, i simply would not do the same.

Seems as though you guys were the fastest, what were your laptimes and which track configuration?

Marco, that shot of turn 1 is really cool!

Okay...the police escort story:

We had just arrived in Belleville and checked into the hotel. It was about 9:30pm and all we had to eat was the bubble tea we had in Toronto. Jelly or tapioca just ain't gonna cut it for a meal, so we dropped our stuff off and went in search of food.

It was Vince and me in my car, Mike and James in Mike's car. We were driving around and could find nothing.

Up ahead of me was a cop, so I say to Vince..."hey, lets catch them and ask the were we can go to eat"

Vince..."ya, man whatever, I am going to faint soon"

So we are chasing the cop (not going overly fast) but it was kind of wierd chasing a cop . The cop makes a quick turn into a lot and blast towards the back of a building, I look a Vince and say..."umm, I don't think we should follow him back there as it seems he is on a call". So we wheel into the lot Mike/James behind and we stop.

A few minutes later the cop comes back around (no one in the back seat). Vince flags him down and askes where to eat. The officer starts to explain, but I think Vince's eyes must have glazed over with the instructions because the cop say ahhh forget it just follow me.

We say great!!!

Then the fun begins, we get back on to the divided hiway, first thing he does is a u turn...we follow kind of hesitantly. We get to a 60 km zone, I look at Vince we are doing between 80-90 and the cop is still a good chunk ahead of us. He slows at the lights, points us left and asks for a test drive! We offer him Vince's car. Vince offers to buy them a beer if they are off duty, they were not.

Overall I would give the 2 cops a big , 2 very cool cops...just shows that they react to the way you treat them.

Did I miss anything else?

Don't forget....

We were gassing up before up before we went home and a cop was gassing up too.

We were all parked on the side and he said he was going to ticket us cause we looked like we were speeding!

I had to casually polish my front emblem to obscure the fact that I don't have my front plate on.

Another cool cop!

We definitely weren't the fastest people there....

Some of the instructors were flying around the track especially this BMW 525....my goodness, he was fast.

I could have just stood by the track and watched them do corner 1 all day.

One of the instructors brought up a Lincoln LS on stock 40K old rubber. I bet he was going around 30 seconds faster than any of us....
