Anything ACDC
I'm all over the place depending on my mood, from Springsteen, some Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Ronnie James Dio, Led Zep., Metallica, Hendrix, suit me pretty good. Though there's something about blasting the Stones' Sympathy for the Devil and Gimme Shelter that just seems so right for driving.
Pretty much any song that is played on Sirius Radio's Classic Rewind channel is right up my alley, though I don't have Sirius in my S2K, just my truck.

For me, I tend to stay from Inital D music since it causes my blood to start pumping and reasoning gets pushed aside in favor of the throttle.

Since you like dancey/electro/housey/euro I have a few to recommend. I'm more of a house head but here are a few I like to listen to when driving, not in the S because I like the engine noise best but hope you enjoy anyway.
Break up - Kim Sozzi (Hixxy Remix) <- eurodance sound like initial D lol
Freemasons - love on my mind
The Shapeshifters - Incredible
Groovejet (If This Ain't Love) - Spiller Feat. Sophie Ellis Bextor
Layo & Bushwacka - Love Story vs Finally (Tim DeLuxe Radio Mix)
Darude - Sandstorm (Original Mix)
MK - Burning
Spot - Welcome to paradise
DC Project Feat, Alexia - Mary's Prayer (Single Mix)
N&K Vs Denis The Menace - Cruising
Vengeance ft. E-La - Self Control (Club Mix)-poopy
Freemasons Summer '11 mix
Basement Jaxx - Rendez-Vu
Dirty Vegas - Days go by
FischerSpooner - Emerge (Dave Clark remix)
Fragma - Toca Me (I Need A Miracle)
High Contrast - Make It Tonight (Dj Marky & XRS Remix)
Mirwais - Disco Science
Cassius - Feeling For You (Les Rhytmes Digitales Dreammix)
Let me know if you enjoyed any of these.

Wow do you guys not listen to anything modern?
As long as you are staying away from anything played on the radio there are some great artists out there.
Personally I'm into progressive trance but I still enjoy alternative rock from time to time.
