drive the car easy or if possible not at all, this could be a serious issue.

I would try to get a reading on your oil pressure, what type of oil is in there?

If you have a oil pressure issue, you could cause some serious engine damage.

I would have this looked after at a Honda dealer

the oil light coming on isn't good
you should stop driving the car and get it diagnosed/towed

check out those banjo bolts... they could be half clogged and starving your engine of oili intermittently. Very very common problem on ap1's
