Just curious to know who might be thinking of going back to the Dragon event in 2016 ?. I used to think that it was impossible for me to get away in April but it turned out to be a nice stress-reliever.

The 12-hour trip home didn't seem as bad as I thought it would be. I would definitely get the front end covered in some form of plastic next time, the worst part of the trip was the stone chips. I swear there were stones coming at me every second of the trip lol.

Talk about early. We were at the dragon a month ago...

I'll probably make the trip again. Not sure where I'll be then but I'm counting on getting my ass back there

I want to try it next year. Let's hope everything works out! If there is another trip happening this summer, I'm game as well. I was planing on driving down there on the august long weekend, but all my friends are backing out now. Trip might be cancelled.

Most likely but won't be an RTD event. I'd really like to plan our own spring trip with the same guys

They have a fall 2015 event.

Maybe going a few weeks later would give you a better chance of nicer weather, early April is always a gamble weather-wise and the roads are still in crappy condition.
