I think i have multiple noises coming all at the same time, so i might be describing a particular noise that might be coming from different parts..

I know for sure that i have to get a new clutch as soon as this one starts slipping, and transmission re-built when the clutch goes, and some extras..........ah...

After all this,, i should become a mechanic.

Real mechanics don't just replace parts hoping the problem will go away.

Yeah...although, I'm pretty surprised by how many things can go wrong with s2ks...i had a rsx type-s before this and had absolutely no problems.... same mileage, 03, and it was running like new.

Your car was probably beat on and it is 3 years older.

I have no problems with mine... and its MY00

Maybe you should have sticked with the RSX.....

it's a hit or miss w/ used cars if you didn't do your research and check the car out w/ a fine toothed comb.

there's nothing wrong w/ beating on the car as long as its maintained properly. a few of us here do track 'em (a lot) and i'm sure they are in better shape than a lot of the used ones out there.
