Are you looking for a roll cage you can track at racing events or a cage that is a show piece?
If you are interested in real racing make sure the cage you are buying or having made meets the regulations for your series. IT would suck to buy something and have it rejected the first time you show up for a tech inspection.
The Hard Dog is CASC legal (4 point). It's the only one I've looked at so far.
Stuff like the Cusco is legal overseas but not here.
At a minimum you'll need to drill holes to mount the roll bar. Welding it in is better. IIRC the Hard Dog requires a little bit of cutting but can be bolted in.
