I don't know the exact cost of a ce28 but I know it is not $70 haha so it may be worth your time just to inquire, and if you decide to go new well at least you can make yourself a sweet coffee table!

I sent an email out to see what it would cost me to repair it, its on the outer rim so it will most definitely need refinishing and painting of all 4 to match things up. Maybe I finally get my set of mag blue wheels.
