I hope there was no damage to the ML, since it would be your fault, doesn't matter if you were hit from behind

Aparently with the police report I am not liable for the ML. All our reports are the same. The person who hit me addmits she was at fault for both accidents.

No fault insurance baby.

Jason, the frame of the car should pretty much be okay. If the rear bumper is like I think it is, there's the cover, then the foam core and then the bumper bar. You'll probably need all 3 pieces replaced, because I can guarantee that the bumper bar took the brunt of the impact, it's probably bent but not to worry, it's designed to do that without hurting the frame.

If you want to go aftermarket, I can suggest a bunch of different pieces . . .

Good luck.

Damn that sucks. Glad that your insurance isn't going to have shell out. Also glad to hear you weren't hurt.

Rob we will talk. If they have to replace front/rear bumper and the hood I will go aftermarket and pay the difference if there is any.

Al, hopefully I will be ok. According to the police i should be fine. But who knows. I may still get ed.

Glad you're OK. You would think that hard of a hit would look worse than the pics. As long as the frame is OK, this could be a good thing with a subsidised parts upgrade. Rear ending the ML woman could a good perk also
