Rear Diffuser for Single Exhaust?

Anyone know of a good Diffuser for a single exhaust set up?

I hate the "missing" look that a lot of them have. Here's the rear end of my car.

That exhaust is also huge. You already have a bumper with a single exit. If anything the diffusers that are available will make the gap look more evident.
