Donno about the price of an 00, but a silverstone 04 with funky custom rugs and coiloveres and a mugen exhaust goes for about $32K around here...
I think that there is already one such car with about 45k km on it.....

all that stuff is worth about $500-700.
if you're truly serious, tell 'em you'll buy it NOW for $29K....see what they say.
personally, i always base my used prices in relation to new.
i.e. i'd rather pay 50,000 (less some sort of discount) than $32,000 for a 4-5 year old car.
we're talking $18K + taxes difference - but everyone's situation is different.
