I am wondering if anyone else had a similar issue with poor Gas mileage. I just filled up drove 40kms and I'm down a 1/4. Would it be fuel filter change time or something else?

How much do you get on a tank? The gauge isn't perfectly accurate.

if it helps any i get about 380km per tank, and thats in vtec at least 3 times a day

Usually 400 to 450 kms on a Tank. I was just thinking time to change the fuel filter or oxygen sensor. I've been filling up with Petro recently and maybe need to switch. Regardless something's off. Not like I'm watching gas prices or concerned how much I'm driving I just am noticing how much it seems to drop now as I'm driving.

I get no more then 400 to a tank, but I DRIVE my car. Right now I'm right at half tank with only 170kms to the first half but I've been driving like an asshole even more lately that the nice wether is scarce

Did you top off the tank?

If you did, it's probably because you need a tornado fuel saver in your intake pipe

My driving is 'spirited', and I generally get about 400-425 per tank. This is an estimate, since i rarely let the tank get below 1/4 before filling.

At the track, I get about 100km out of a tank.

there's no true serviceable fuel filter, it's incorporated into the fuel pump assembly. try plugs, air filter and a good fuel system cleaner. also the type of gas makes a huge difference. last sunday i did 1100km looking for a beater, straight highway driving at 125-130km/h. $40 at shell got me around 400km and $40 at petro got me 340km. all highway, no change in variables.
