I just actually did the same thing a couple of months ago... with one of John's old windows...
Really easy and straitforward... Need some rivets and a rivet gun, I grabbed them at Brofasco. Make sure you point them the right way when your attaching your new window... The most difficult part was getting the rear side plastic trays to fit back in under the roll hoop plastic.

Took around 3hrs...Took my time... but spent at least half an hour trying to stuff that corner piece back in...
