There is no way in hell you will get that kind of tow rating out of a 6-speed manual tranny in that class vehicle. Now if you move up to a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram or a Ford F250/F350 you might find a 6-speed manual that can tow upwards of 5,000 pounds, but not in a Tacoma.
