He jammed between me and another guy on the 404 to 407 on ramp (I was on the outside and the other just ahead on the inside.) I was closing in on the guy on the inside so I had to brake fairly hard on the sweeper.

Then merging onto the 407 he cut between a transport and a pickup while the pickup was braking for the slow traffic up ahead. I would have laughed if the transport couldn't stop in time. It was fairly close actually LOL.

Dude didn't realize the on ramp continues to the next exit so I honked as I drove by
