on a more serious note:
Chicos said a very important thing "keep up some regular exercise" - don't underestimate how much of an effect this can have on your mood. just 10-15min a day of something that gets your heart rate up can dramatically elevate your mood in just a few days.
and i'm not talking about doing circuit training or something complicated like that. doing jumping jacks in your garage or something would help. it's good advice, don't overlook it.
and yes, unfortunately seeing a hooker might count as exercise to some of you lame-o's

I've been extremely lazy the past 3-4 months at least. Not entirly happy with work... Sitting on my ass basically all day, come home... eat and sit on my ass until i go to bed. It's a death routine.
But it's also a routine that's difficult to get out of though. It feels like everything is rushed and you don't have any time for yourself.
