Wow that's pretty horrible......

Too many colours, too much flashy large images. etc.

Simple is back, go with a white or light colours background which makes it easier to read. The pink on black is killer and the fonts are too large.

I think if you used a default theme from frontpage you would be set

Buy a template, they are like $70 and just change the text for what you need and your done. And it will look wicked. This site is amazing you can get some cool shit for cheap.
