Jack up the rear end and put blocks around the front tire.
Start the car, put it in gear and let it idle in 1st.
The rear tires will turn slowly, but you can have a listen and a look to see if you can pinpoint the noise this way. Just make sure you choke the wheels and the car is on flat ground.

My car also started making this noise, sometimes, when I was slowing down below 40 but would go away if I accelerated. It didnt make any noise today when I went to get it checked at the garage. However, I also noticed that my passenger rear wheel has a lot more brake dust compared to the driver side, so could be a seized caliper causing the noise? However, the owner of that video said he changed his wheel bearing and everything was fine after.

The noise stopped, so I'm not sure what it was coming from.
I did however find out about the noise from my exhaust, the stainless weld broke all around at the resonator :/
