You realize what smoking realted deaths cause billions to tax payers, that the income to the government for tobacco products yeilds all that and billions more?

They don't give a shit about peoples health, they care about money and re-election.

Now, as for the smoking ban, I think its sucks, I have no problem sitting in a special area dedicated to smokers, or sitting on a patio in the summer, but I should stand out in the cold in the winter?

I do my best not to be an offensive smoker, but I still get the odd person that has some superiority complex, like I have some vile desease and I'm running around the school yard trying to spread it around.
