I already own 2 houses in Peterborough (no mortgage) and I'm looking at a 55 acre property in Stouffville. I also own 49% of a condo (51% belongs to mom-in-law) in Naples, FL.

Hahahah...

I'm not being cheap... it's just annoying to be ripped off and not have much of a choice about it. It's ruining the feeling of enjoying the car.
