how much would shipping be to canada and can we get a general idea on sizing...are they designed for an s2000 owner (in which case i would need a medium or large) or the general american public (In which case i would need a small or medium). I hate baggy shirts.

Does any body want to put together a group buy? Not to get a deal, just so that its easier to make one big order...
