Agree.. I think I might need new rears sometime mid season.
Btw, tirerack has two versions of the RE050, a "regular" one for $200 US and a MO version for $259. What is the MO designation for? Run flats?

My rear S02's will need replacing this spring too, but the fronts are fine. Any opinions on keeping the front S02's and just changing the rears to something other than S02's (something with a higher treadwear so that it lasts longer), or is that just dangerous?

dangerous....you'll have more grip in the front.....car will more of a tendency to oversteer.

i'm hoping to slip into an R-compound for street/track.
