Mine was stiff as hell when i got mine too and when i took it to get changed ther was absolutly nothing left at all but it was only slipping for a day before i changed it. It could just be that it's getting older and the clutch spring is getting stiffer.

The older clutches are heavier. Drove an '00 after we did a clutch fluid change on it and it felt much heavier than my 04.

My civic and my S2000 clutches feel completely different. The S2000s has a heavier spring on it...

every car is unique, but the difference shouldnt be night and day

but yeah, the s2k does have a slightly "heavier" clutch compared to many other cars
