It's the farm that I grew up on. I lived there til I was 18, now we rent out the house to some guys that work at Honda and the land to a local farmer.
It has the potential to be worth a decent sum down the road, that's why we're not actively pushing it right now...it's 3 properties down from the KOA campground.
We've found a wonderful and similar property down in IN that we'd love to get.
and ps. no kids in the future, but this should mean more kids in our garage
