Doesn't look like the bumper is cracked. Should be able to pop it out. Once it is back to form, a body shop will be able to tell you if the whole bumper or just the affected area needs repainting. I would suggest a complete re-paint of the bumper to eliminate paint-matching difficulties, especially with the light, champagne colour of your car.

Good luck; I don't think you will need a second mortgage for the repairs

Noticed my bumper on my subaru was WHITE today (my car is red), GRRRRR someone hit me in some parking lot. FOOLS.

I don't really car about my subaru it's just a beater but it's still annoying people can't freakin' drive, guaranteed this will happen to the s2k eventually
