Vince, I am sorry to hear the news...I'd get 
ing pissed too if this happens to me. I think they will manage to get it fixed perfectly, so dont stress about it too much.

Oh I'm ing pissed alright. It stares at me as I drive..I haven't even looked at the car since I got home.
Bastards to steal my joy. I'll go and let them fix it, but I'm taking time to stay and watch it so nothing else ised up.
Time to find another dealer for service.

I know it is hard now, but remember, the door crease can be taken care of and it will be ok.
Now as far as that valve cover is concerned - Wow! That is beautiful!

I got couple of my small dents fixed by Dent Wizzard, they charged more than the normal paintless dent repairing but the result was amazing. It really came out perfectly, I just wish I have the car to show you :-(
