Went in Tuesday to have it re-set. Talk about medieval! That didn't work out. so 6:30pm I,m on the or table to have a "distal radius buttress plate" installed.

Two hrs later, Pain like theres no tomorrow. Two XL hypos of morphine in the iv, and one in the thigh, and I don't care.

Still hurts like hell. This past week has sucked huge!

I had a compound fracture of one bone in my forearm and an implode on the other (so it crushed ontop of it's self). I know how you feel in regards to the pain. It was a 6 month recovery, metal plates & screws and an open cast since they had to check the bone hole for infection frequently.
