^ what sucks is that whomever is turning is always at fault situation (in the eyes of insurance - unless u have LOTS of witnesses to back u up). so that's why people don't care for running red lights because they think they still have the right of way.
i'm all for having a red light camera at all major intersections.

Or a camera in your car that clearly records the light and who is at falut.

What I have been noticing a lot of lately are green light jumper.
Person in left hand lane jumps the green light to make the left hand turn before the oncoming traffic starts moving....very stupid.

I've seen that before. 
Or the guy who goes straight thinking the advanced is a regular green. I watched that before. It was a little funny watching the guy stop then reverse back beside me while the cars with the advanced on the opposite side laying on the horn yelling obscenities.
