could care less about lap times!
It wassss aawwweeesssommmeeeee
I had no problem lapping as fast as that yellow 996TT and the F360CS which were out. Both well driven.
Its amazing to see the difference in the car on the first half of the straight now though. Im probably not lapping anyfaster anywhere else, but its awesome to come up on a carerra/m3 and say seee yaaaaa on the straight...or have the Challenge Stradale behind me and not get anything on me during that straight....that said, id be at 200 by 7, and not wanting to shift into 5th, id stay at 200 for the last 1/3rd of the straight...my brakes were shuddering all day so no need to push it more...so the TT and the CS would come up at the end of the straight as they were hitting 230...i did go to 5th once and hit 220 without breaking a sweat...230 with confidence inspiring brakes is easily attainable I think - but who needs to push it.
ended up cutting out 2 sessions early cuz im wickedly corded on both rears.
what an incredible day. absolutely perfect except for having to leave with corded rubber
