^
Was wondering the same thing
I only have 2 trips to the dragon, a bunch of commuting, and one track day at BeaveRun (FC'05).

I'm still on stock fluid.. (well, brake fluid is superblue, but yeah.. oem dyno oil, stock tranny fluid, and stock diff fluid)

If you guys are doing diff fluid swap somewhere, let me know....maybe go tear up Nimesh's driveway (as long as we leave ample space for his grill to cook wings again )

Im not doing it

Changin the diff fluid is a durrty job...you need a suction gun to get the fluid in. As well as a drain pan, 23mm wrench and 24mm Socket wrench.....YucK!

No you don't. You're all babies

To Drain
- Remove the fill bolt (23mm, use a closed end wrench)
- Slowly remove the Drain bolt (24mm, use a socket)
- You can either let the fluid drip from the threads or remove it completely. You can't avoid diff fluid all over your hand if you remove it completely.
- Install drain bolt

To Fill
- Get yourself a nipple cap and attach a 2-3ft tube. (yellow piece in below pic). If you buy the motul fluid it comes with it's own fill neck (red piece in below pic)

- With the tube attached to the bottle insert it into the fill hole about an inch so it doesn't wiggle its self out.

- Place the upside down bottle in the driver side rear tire well and punch a hole in the bottom.

- To squeeze fluid in, cover the hole with your finger and squeeze the bottle as much as you can. Release your finger off the hole so you can get air back into the bottle and repeat. This gets about 95% of the fluid out which is more than enough. I like to overfill a little, so while it's pouring from the fill hole i put the bolt back in quickly.

I use the red one for my diff and the yellow for the transmission. Same method to get the fluid out of the bottle.

i do better when i visualize things
how about i bring my car up there next time and you can "show" me how it is done. I have a feeling after you"ve demonstrated, Nabeel might have some questions that may require you to demonstrate again

I was looking for Mobil1 75W90 diff. fluid for 4 hours and I found the place who carry it but you have to come to London to get it. Or if you are going to SPARTA for some track time you can stop by , its pretty close to St. Thomas
