They are going to control them madly on the big track I bet. I got the emails and the flyers also. They will let you tear it up on the DDT; doubt theyll do the same on the GP track.
But GP track shouldn't be that difficult...flat out all the time.

After a day in the F2000 cars on the big track, with a massive leash on, I can see wishing that I was out on the DDT where I could really have fun.

There is no way these guys will let you push it on the big track to the same level as they will on the DDT. People would die.

The DDT was designed for these cars going off roading so they will let you go as fast as you want to push it knowing that you wont impact anything.

Maybe you better re-think that comment.

The DDT is not as safe as you may "think" it is. I agree much safer than the GT track but not enough to warrant this comment.

There is only one place where you can hit something; everwhere else you have tons of room before you have to worry.

Its almost unbridled on the the DDT in my experience.

Flat out. Hugo will pull you out of the group to take you out by himself if its clear that youre faster than the rest.

Thats when it really gets fun.

That guy can drive.

I've been off the DDT track in the formula car twice and have the end table made out of the bent wheel to prove it Unless you hit the wall it is pretty safe but on the big track

Bob did you have to pay for the damages?

Or was it just a souvenir?

Did you bend a wheel on a pothole or by hitting a wall?

I went off in the pouring rain on the straight as I crested the riser....spun a dozen times, never came close to anything...

those cars are a handful at 10/10ths in the rain let me tell you.

Total for both offs was around $800 as I got a wing end plate on the second one. All the mechanics signed the wheel since it was scrap to them I took it home and Joanne made a table out of it with a glass top.
