Hey all ontario members, I am new to this forum. Currently a mini owner, looking forward to get a used stock AP2 as a summer ride. My major concern is maintenance, in toronto is it hard or expensive to maintain the S that doesn't have the warranty? I assume lots of the used ones on the market are from US, from what I read Honda canada will not service them. Is it going to void the warranty anyways if I mod it after? suspension exhaust etc.. And any workshops around toronto will do great service on this car? Hope you experts here can give me some info

Most people will tell you the simple phrase "its a honda" so maintenance is minimal. Mine is daily driven 02 that I even use all winter and i have zero problems what so ever. Be prepared though that the car will go through rear tires and things like clutch changes are much more expensive then your average civic. It is true that honda will not do warranty work on American imported cars though.

correct honda canada will not service a Us warranted car, however if you know someone registered with a US address ive heard you can go south. But maintenance cost out of pocket is very low for a sports car.
