Love and hate the job
Well, during the interview process. The boss (manager) told me that part of my job would allow me to venture into my area of interest.
Now he comes in to my "office" and told me that my area of interests are restricted to more "qualified" people.
I love my job, I can't wait to go in and work - but administrators who can't organize and manage their people - why would I want to stay and work there?
sorry, long day, grammar sucked - can't think.
just ranting - life goes on....
BTW, don't send your kids to pre-school / elementary private schools...
save your money for better college / university education

When I was doing my MBA, I learned something very interesting from the prof who did a little section on HR.
He said that studies have shown that the best employees spend about 20% of their time doing stuff that they are not authorized to do.

comets, there are some great companies to work for out there. i love my job & i'm happy that i have it!
the unfortunate part is that you never "really" know what you'll face until you accept the position. if you leave you could be going from the frying pan into the fire. it's a risk, but to some a worthwhile risk.
too bad they don't come with a 30 day money back guarantee

you got it quite easy my friend..
I've got dildo managers who haven't a clue how to run things..
I always use my analogy.. "they send me to fix a car engine, with a paint tray"
