Oil filler cap fix.

See attached photos.

As it turns out, you do not need the safety wire. If you drill a hole as shown and insert a hitch pin, the filler cap cannot auto rotate as the leg of the hitch pin hits the side of the valve cover.

I added the safety wire purely to hang on to the hitch pin.
