Assuming you have the spanner wrenches, it's pretty simple to do yourself. Just jack the car up, take off the wheel, loosen the locking rings, and spin the ride height adjuster. Tighten it back up, put the wheel back on, lower, measure and repeat. Might take a few hours to get it where you want it.
You'll need to redo your alignment as well.
