how do you get there coming from the 407

Jon, get on 401 West, get off at Mavis, make a left when u get off and keep going straight, after you pass a Britania, you should see it on your RIGHT hand side. Sorry bro I have no clue how to get there by 407

I believe there is a cutoff for Mavis on the 407. Just head south. If you take the 407 to the 401 you will have gone to far and will have to head east again on the 401 to get to Mavis road. If there is no cut off for Mavis on the 407, you can get off at Mississauga road and head south.
