The transport would have smoked him if he kept pulling out. The transport was travelling in the opposite direction of me. So it was the intended direction of the retard.

Oh I see.. Well like you posted it could have been worse.. And he is paying for it. Just make sure you go to a good shop for the repairs which doesn't have to be an insurance recommended one. If you don't mind a drive, KKT auto does great work and uses Sikkens paint.

Get it done right so your value isn't totally

Insurance is paid for a reason, make them pay out for a quality job...and get the hood done at the same time, its horrible.
